In therole of Membership Engagement Executive you will:
KeyResponsibilities:
* Engage with members to boost retention andsatisfaction.
* Ensure members leverage allcommunication channels to promote theirbusiness.
* Respond to inquiries from existingand prospective members.
* Maintain and updatethe membership database and records.
* Scheduleappointments and meetings for the Membership Manager with currentand potential members; attend meetings whenappropriate.
* Assist in researching andcapturing data on prospective members andcompetitors.
* Collaborate with the team tocoordinate and deliver membershipactivities.
* Regularly attend MemberEvents.
* Maintain and update the websiteincluding the Membership Directory.
* Handlesales and administration of the companys MembersMagazine.
* Provide social media support formembership campaigns.
* Support the deliveryof:
* Membership MarketingPlan
* Online and offline content including videoMagazine and other materials.
* Media and PRdevelopment.
* Help attract new members andpromote the organisation.
To beconsidered for this role you need to:
* Ideally worked in an Office Sales or SalesSupport role previously
* Have excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
* Be adaptableand a strong team player no 2 days will be the same and you willneed to support the other teammembers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications including Word Excel andPowerPoint.
* Ability to navigate social mediaplatforms and update websites.
