We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Construction and Maintenance Lecturer to join our educational team. Duties
1. Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles of each student.
2. Communicate effectively with students to foster a positive learning environment.
3. Educate students on specific subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
4. Provide support and guidance for homework assignments and exam preparation.
5. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
6. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and areas for improvement.
7. Maintain an organised record of student achievements and challenges.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
3. Knowledge or experience in special education is highly desirable.
4. Ability to create engaging educational materials that stimulate learning.
5. Patience and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
6. A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed academically.
