Role Purpose Infinigate Cloud are seeking an exceptional Marketeer with a mesh of exceptional copywriting skills and a broad digital marketing toolkit. This role is fast-paced, varied and designed to utilise strong writing skills to create content to be delivered cross-platform. The Content & Digital Marketing Executive has responsibility for the execution and delivery of Infinigate Cloud inbound marketing strategies including copywriting for social media, blogs and lead generation assets ensuring they meet the objectives of the business. As a key member of the Marketing & Vendor Management team, deliver commercial success and world class partner experiences against the agreed company objectives and aligned with the company’s key strategies. This role is based in Infinigate’s modern offices in Fareham, accessible by public transport as well as free parking. For the success of this role, the first 3 months of probation will be fully-office based and following this an agreed hybrid working pattern could be agreed up to 2 days working from home. Duties & Responsibilities • Use of multi-channel marketing to deliver effective content and communications to and through Partners to increase reseller and cross-sell opportunities across Infinigate Cloud. • Responsibility for copywriting, editing, proofreading and continually improving content repository, producing relevant, engaging and high-quality content for multi-channel use. • Working with the Marketing & Vendor Management team, design content marketing strategies and initiatives, setting short and long-term goals in-line with marketing and wider business plans. • Develop editorial and social calendar ensuring deadlines are met. • Create and manage social media content and paid media campaigns using display ads, paid search and pay-per-click. • Work with the Marketing & Vendor Management team, key business and solutions leads, regional Infinigate Cloud teams and wider stakeholders to aggregate topical content and thought-leadership content, along with a consistent flow of effective Case Studies for cross-channel use. • Work with key marketing leads to optimise content, considering SEO and Google Analytics, analysing web traffic metrics to drive content decisions. • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, including collation and analysis of customer feedback, generating ideas to increase customer engagement. • Support the delivery of marketing programs and tools that facilitate the recruitment of new resellers. • Reseller engagement through promoting the Infinigate Cloud Pillars and the Partner Portal to drive reseller frequency and yield performance. General Skills • Educated to a minimum of Degree level or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business • IT and/or Channel Marketing Experience • Excellent copywriting and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks on time and within budget Personal requirements • Previous experience of content & social media marketing – preferably in a related industry. • Excellent copywriting skills across different mediums and attention to detail. • A passion for all aspects of Marketing and keen to learn new cloud technologies on the job. • Leads by example and takes ownership of their work – dealing with issues through to resolution.
