Responsibilities:
* Oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and payroll.
* Develop and implement policies, training programs, and talent strategies to support company growth.
* Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Lead recruitment efforts across multiple departments, from job postings to offer extensions.
* Process payroll semi-monthly and manage employee transactions.
Must-Have Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 4-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
