Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week The Role: We’re looking for a savvy Commercial Manager to help drive the growth of Little Moons within the UK grocery market. Reporting to the Head of UK Grocery, you’ll take ownership of managing and growing key grocery accounts, including Asda, Co-Op, and Nisa, with full P&L responsibility. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating profitable Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and leading initiatives to grow distribution, brand visibility, and revenue. You’ll work closely with internal teams to execute trade marketing campaigns, ensure accurate forecasting, and deliver seamless customer fulfilment and product launches. With experience managing Top 6 UK grocery accounts, you’ll bring financial acumen, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to identify and unlock growth opportunities across convenience, online, and emerging channels.
