About the Role
Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be one of those people, naturally making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
You can read each customer, whether they are quietly working on their laptop or celebrating a birthday with cocktails and tapas. You will adapt your approach to ensure every guest has a great experience, working with management and the team to deliver 14 shifts that leave every customer happy—thanks to your natural skills.
