Office Supervisor
Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a keen ability to solve problems and manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office while supporting staff and management in various administrative tasks.
Office Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Act as the first point of contact for staff, addressing and resolving operational issues.
3. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
4. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and maintained.
5. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for management.
6. Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office records.
7. Handle correspondence and liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
8. Troubleshoot any IT, maintenance, or operational issues and coordinate necessary repairs or services.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
Office Supervisor - Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in office administration or a supervisory role.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
