Responsibilities of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
* Lead and optimise warehouse and logistics processes across sites.
* Ensure efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods.
* Oversee warehouse operations including goods in, storage, inventory control, production kitting, Kanban and dispatch.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels.
* Manage and mentor warehouse staff.
* Ensure trade compliance and stay up-to-date on domestic and international trade regulations.
* Prepare and present reports on warehouse and logistics performance.
Requirements for a successful Warehouse & Logistics Manager
* Minimum of 10 years warehouse and logistics management experience.
* Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
* Proven logistics expertise including procurement and domestic and international trade compliance.
* Strong working knowledge of import and export regulations.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong IT skills with experience using both warehouse management systems and ERP software.
