We are recruiting for a School Support Worker to join a specialist SEN provision in Skelmersdale. This role is perfect for individuals eager to make a difference in the lives of children with additional needs. About the Role:
* Provide tailored support to SEN pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Support children with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine passion for working with children with SEN.
* Previous experience in an SEN or care setting is advantageous but not essential.
* Confidence, resilience, and the ability to build strong relationships with children and staff.
* Graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
