Regional Technical Account Director Up to £90k £5k Car Allowance 20% bonus My client are a globally recognised engineering specialist, and they're on the look-out for a Regional Account Director to oversee a £10m contract, ideally based within an hours commute from Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities Maintain overall responsibility for designated contract, focusing the management team and staff on key priorities which will ultimately lead to goal achievement and client satisfaction Ensures that labour resources and core competencies are in place to meet the requirements of contract in the most cost effective manner Develop an annual budget and operating plan consistent with the commercial targets and thresholds of the client/contract and achieve profitability goals and business forecasts Develop, implement and monitor standards and priorities for service delivery and KPI’s Regularly Audit operational effectiveness and makes changes to improve performance. Ensure that contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved Develop and maintain effective customer relationships. Gather data on job requirements and customer expectations to use and share as appropriate Implementation of operational strategies as defined by Branch Service Manager/Branch Manager Drive innovation into the way accounts are managed, focusing particularly on technology & client added value Coach and develop all direct reports and ensure that meaningful and objective reviews and appraisals take place Ensure that direct reports have the skills to coach and develop their staff and that they have an understanding of the benefits of objective appraisals and reviews Reviewing and proactively establishing required procedures and training personnel to consistently meet and exceed the financial and performance expectations of the client in a safe and cost-effective manner. Providing the technical and management direction for all facility management services and tapping into our resources to reduce costs and increase satisfaction
