If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you A bit about the job: The purpose of the role is to ensure that Aviva Health’s Product Oversight and Governance (POG) framework is adhered to throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing the Product Development, Approval and Management process (PDAM), conducting product reviews, ongoing product monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll deliver product reviews - this is a crucial activity to ensure that our products are delivering good customer outcomes, deliver ongoing fair value, remain suitable for the target market, and continue to be distributed through appropriate channels. This role will take the lead, with assistance from the Governance Analyst, on reviewing all products across the year This activity plays a key role in defining potential changes to our existing product suite as well as being a key contributing factor to shaping future developments. This role will also oversee the successful completion of actions identified as part of these reviews within the agreed timeframe. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, overseeing, and reviewing two of our frameworks; the Product Oversight and Governance Framework and the Product Development and Management Framework (PDAM). Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience in product governance, compliance, or a related field within the healthcare or insurance sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams. In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks in the healthcare or insurance industry. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
