About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence across our highway maintenance services. With extensive senior leadership experience in highway maintenance or related fields, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure compliance with H&S, Environmental, Quality, Transport, and Depots standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team to ensure strict adherence to contractual, industry, and regulatory standards.
* Identify and mitigate performance and compliance risks through strategic and innovative problem-solving skills.
* Develop key relationships with Staffordshire County Council and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and promote sustainable practices.
What We Offer
* A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
