Contract Length: Approximately 3 months

IR35: Inside
You will be paid PAYE for the length of the contract: £12.78 to £15.03 per hour PAYE (Dependent on experience) + c15% accrued holiday + pension contribution
Basic DBS disclosure required
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The role is to assist the Department in administering wayleave applications to speed up the process to enable us to generate more income. Additional duties will include logging repairs, keeping tenants updated and ensuring that the repairs are completed.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
The successful candidate must have experience working in an office environment. They must have at least basic computer skills with knowledge of excel, word, etc. They must have experience of working in a customer facing role and be able to work in a demanding environment. They must perform well under pressure and be able to complete tasks on time.
Desirable:
Ideally the success candidate should have worked previously in a property orientated setting, perhaps for an estate agent or similar. They should be able to demonstrate an interest in property related matters.
