Job summary The role is similar to a Health Care Assistant in that you will be delivering great care and supporting reablement for people in mainly in their own homes. You will be within the Carrick Primary Care Network, covering Falmouth. Truro and Perranporth area. Travel costs for journeys during work time are supported and pool cars are also available for work use. You will need to demonstrate good communication skills and a positive approach to people who may have communication difficulties or who have challenging health needs.You will be part of a dedicated team and will be provided with bespoke training to support your development in this role. You will be required to work a rota that covers 7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00 hours. Flexibility within this rota, and geographical location, will be important. This is a lone worker post.
