Role Overview: As an Account Manager at The Goat Agency, you will play a crucial role in our client servicing team, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of social media and influencer marketing campaigns for our valued clients. You will work closely with the rest of the account management team and collaborate with internal teams to oversee impactful campaigns that drive results. Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs. Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Influencer Management: Assist in identifying and vetting potential influencers for campaigns, managing communication, and ensuring campaign deliverables are met. Performance Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and optimizations. Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within allocated resources. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and influencer partnerships, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Client Growth Support: Support Account Directors in identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to new business pitches. Requirements: Agency Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management role within an advertising or digital marketing agency. Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for marketing. Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and experience in managing influencer collaborations. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Data Analysis: Comfortable working with data, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and drawing actionable insights. Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
