Project Management Director, PSM
This role will be based in GSK House, UK or in Singapore.

This role is designed to lead multiple strategic projects for PSM. The role reports to the Senior Director Network Operations PSM.
The role incumbent uses their significant experience and demonstrated success in managing similar projects within GSK or other pharma organizations, ensuring project goals are defined and achieved by applying expertise in project management best practices. The role holder leads the creation, optimization, and execution of ambitious plans with accountability for projects meeting key milestones on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Manage strategic programs/projects including change management to execute on PSM’s strategy
* Lead and own project setup, planning, governance, reporting and execution of business and operational projects
* Own program/project plans that build team commitment to shared goals with schedules and budgets based on clear dependencies and assumptions.
* Lead team preparation for governance decisions and progress monitoring on schedule, cost, risk and benefits vs agreed project objectives
* Identify opportunities to accelerate projects by challenging constraints that impact delivery
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders to manage the change with actionable deliverables for key change management levers – communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
* Effectively identify and manage project risks and cross-functional management of project issues with timely escalation to leadership as required
* Work closely with Communications teams on rolling out, communicating and monitoring impact of change
* Implement program/project tracking and reporting to ensure proactive management, appropriate visibility and clear communication to all relevant stakeholders and partners
* Support building a strong culture of project management and governance including building required project management playbooks and forums for best practice exchange across sites
* Engage with change management community at GSK to exchange on/apply best practices at PSM
* Support any additional special projects and initiatives at PSM as needed
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors’ / Master’s degree, with significant project management experience
* Formal qualifications in Project and/or Programme Management (PMP) preferred, otherwise extensive experience of having demonstrated project management methodologies on transformation programs and strategic projects of varying complexity
* Experience of leading change management projects, applying proven methodologies and frameworks; change management certification a bonus
* For internal candidates, understanding of GSK project management guidelines and DIA/SPADM
* Good understanding of GSK and the pharma industry (GSC experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
* Proven ability to project manage programs/projects involving multiple cross-geography and cross-functional stakeholders, with previous similar experience
* Extensive experience in managing project risks, ensuring that the risks across functions are appropriately identified, measured, managed, and communicated.
* Proficiency in established PM planning tools and PowerBI skills to build/work with project reporting dashboards
* Ability to influence and engage all levels of stakeholders in the business in a matrixed/remote setup; excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive, resourceful with good attention to detail
