The Role:
As an experienced Private Client Solicitor with significant experience, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of private client matters, including:
1. Estate planning, tax mitigation, and succession advice
2. Drafting wills, LPAs, and trusts
3. Advising on probate and estate administration
4. Supporting high-net-worth individuals and families with complex, multi-jurisdictional estate issues
5. Collaborating with clients to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to their individual needs
6. Taking ownership of a caseload that will see you working with a wide range of clients, from long-standing individuals to new referrals.
