Overview:
We are seeking an Interim Manager to support our client's dementia specialist service.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
* Increase occupancy
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes
* Proficiency in using the Nourish/Care plan systems
* Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams
* Familiarity with local governing body is a plus
