About the Role:
Are you a driven sales professional with a strong background in warehouse automation? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specialising in Warehouse Automation to join a leading provider of full turnkey automation solutions, including AS/RS, conveyor systems, AGVs, AMRs, and integrated software systems. Package:
* Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 + Bonus & Comms
* Company Vehicle / Allowance
* Hybrid Position
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
* Sell a full range of automated warehouse solutions, including AS/RS, conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, and more.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and other industrial verticals.
* Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose tailored automation solutions.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
* Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial automation.
* Strong understanding of AS/RS, conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, sortation systems, WMS, and related technologies.
* Experience selling automated warehouse solutions; bonus if you have sold storage solutions as well.
* Technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex automation systems.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team.
* UK-wide travel required with occasional international visits.
