My client is looking for an Online/eCommerce assistant to provide administrative support to deliver sales growth to one of their flagship brands in the FMCG space for an 6-month assignment in London.
Responsibilities will include:
Website Maintenance
1. Routine maintenance of the website, ensuring all product details, content, images and links are correct and up to date
Site Assets
2. Work closely with the relevant global team contacts to gather and coordinate assets in a timely manner, flagging any risks to launch to the Online Coordinator
Reporting and Analysis
3. Collate and send daily sales report to wider online team
Stock
4. Conduct daily site walks and critically review onsite merchandising, feeding back recommendations and agreeing actions with the Online Coordinator
Trading
5. Update and maintain the trade planner with refresh dates, all site changes and other relevant activity pre-set by the Online Manager, being prepared to present this to the wider team
This will be for a 6-month initial contract while another member of the team completes a maternity cover within the business. This role will suit someone with 1 years’ experience.
This will be a hybrid working role in London (3 days in office).
