As an Internal Account Manager, you will be introducing designated products to specific customers on behalf of their client’s long-standing business customers. This will require you to be able to build strong relationships with customers, be able to assess their needs and discuss relevant products accordingly. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have previous experience working in a product environment. Responsibilities of the Client Executive: Promote over the counter products to at agreed prices and deal levels to achieve and maintain orders and value Grow the business on territory by brand over a set period, ensuring personal and team targets are achieved, whilst also developing new business Provide additional support by telephone to clients during specific sales drives Produce emails, flyers and promotional material on set drive lines to assist in target achievement Ensure daily administration is completed accurately Complete all order processing and recording efficiently and accurately Liaise with distribution over stock required to fulfil orders Monitor your own performance to ensure that call rates and standards are met and maintained Utilise the company’s CRM system to analyse performance and react to sales trends Liaise with the Sales Support Manager to ensure that call rates and standards are met and maintained Develop and maintain a current knowledge of the industry Minimum Skills and Experience Required: A sales support, customer or account management background, in a similar fast-paced and target driven environment Previous experience of working in the product industry is desirable Previous experience of utilising a CRM system in order to load sales results and run basic reports is preferred This Internal Account Manager Job in Bournemouth would suit candidates who have had previous experience within the product sector and have excellent communication and organisation skills.
