Description
Overseeing and managing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
Leading and mentoring a team of conveyancing professionals.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Actively contributing to the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
Profile
A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
Experienced in handling a broad spectrum of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, and new builds.
Proficient in managing and mentoring a team.
Adept at using conveyancing software and other legal IT systems.
Possessing excellent communication and client care skills.
Job Offer
Partnership is potentially on offer, depending on experience.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000, reflecting the level of experience and expertise brought to the position.
