The Goymour Group (incorporating: ROARR Goymour Properties Ltd, Goymour Homes, Applewood Countryside Park and Applewood Hall) are looking for a part-time HR Administration Assistant to join our small HR team based in Lenwade. The Role You will be responsible for providing a full administration service for the HR department, supporting the Group HR & Recruitment Coordinator and Group HR Manager. We are a small team, working in a busy department focusing on providing an efficient, friendly service to all operational and service departments across ROARR and the companies within the wider Goymour Group. This is a busy and varied role which would suit someone who has worked in an HR generalist environment with previous experience as an administrator. The role will involve supporting with recruitment and induction, maintaining employee records on all HR systems, administering the HR life cycle, maintaining training records, employee engagement and supporting projects where required. Knowledge and experience of HRIS and their capabilities as an engagement tool and to reduce manual administration will be required. About You You will need to have worked in a busy, professional office or HR environment and have worked with an HRIS, be proficient with Microsoft Outlook including Word, Excel and ideally have some experience of Microsoft Teams. We are looking for someone to join our team who is friendly, has excellent communication, accuracy, and organisational skills.
