Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Management: Handle the rental management of cycle hangar spaces, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Project Management: Oversee the roll-out of new bike hangars and the completion of a batch of installations.
3. Supplier Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers for the repair and maintenance of bike hangars.
4. Process Development: Develop new processes and online solutions to improve efficiency.
5. Report Writing: Create detailed and accurate reports. A background in report writing is essential.
6. Line Management: Supervise and support three Support Officers, providing guidance and ensuring effective team performance.
7. Procurement and Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement and governance standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Proven experience in customer service management.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Excellent report writing skills.
4. Previous line management experience.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience in procurement and governance is a plus.
