Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with leadership to identify recruitment needs and implement strategies to attract, retain and develop talent. Provide expert advice on employee-related issues, including handling organisational changes, performance management, and employee relations matters. Maintain and manage the HR Information System (HRIS), using data and analytics to inform decisions and provide strategic insights. Promote a collaborative team environment that reflects company values, encouraging open feedback, peer recognition, and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with managers to implement performance management systems, encompassing goal setting, ongoing feedback, and performance reviews. Experience Required: Proven experience as an HR Business partner/ similar role Solid understanding of HR best-practices, legal frameworks & compliance Experienced with HR tools & software This is a fully on-site position.
