We are currently seeking a Sales Director to join our team This pivotal role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our client base, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market position. The Sales Director will lead a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants, build key client relationships, and ensure ambitious sales targets are met. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Managing Director to help develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key clients. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to capitalise on emerging opportunities. Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with company goals. Drive a high-performance sales culture through effective leadership, coaching, and KPI management. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships. Utilise CRM systems and a range of Recruitment tools such as Bullhorn, ODRO, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Lusha, and Kaspr to enhance recruitment and business development efforts. Partner with the marketing team to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and strategic initiatives to drive growth. Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and productivity. What we’re looking for: Ability to develop long-term business strategies and align them with company objectives. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams while fostering a results-driven culture. Proficiency in using analytics and metrics to drive sales performance and strategy. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. Deep knowledge of IT recruitment sales cycles, client engagement, and contract negotiations. A network of established client relationships within the IT recruitment sector. Strong financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and optimise profitability. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and scaling sales teams. Strong understanding of digital sales channels, CRM systems, and recruitment technology. Experience of working with large enterprise clients. Track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and achieving business targets. Awareness of market initiatives and trends.
