Envision yourself at Barracuda You’ll be part of the International Demand Generation team that is responsible for driving centralized programs that influence our bottom line, through our customer, partner and prospect audiences. You are a superstar, managing our Partner Marketing Programs in EMEA, based in our office in Reading, UK. Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation International, you’ll be driving awareness, providing education, and enabling our channel partners in EMEA to be successful. You will work with regional Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel, Enablement and Sales across the worldwide team. This is not a channel marketing or field marketing role. What you’ll be doing Planning and delivering partner communications and virtual academies. Working with internal design team to deliver finished, approved partner marketing materials. Enabling partner through content and campaigns in multiple languages. Managing the central partner tools and programs for the EMEA region. Managing the partner academy schedule for the EMEA region. Coordinating of our award-winning partner annual event “Discover”. Reporting on partner campaign performance. What you bring to the role Approximately 5 years of experience within a related marketing role. Exceptional campaign/content management skills, and the necessary judgement to prioritize in a dynamic and frequently changing environment. Experience in driving process and regular reporting cadence. Excellent collaborative approach to build relationships across functional teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office products, SFDC, and a Marketing automation platform such as Marketo.
