This dynamic company is looking for an office administrator/receptionist to join its growing team. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent coordination skills to support a small team of accountants and ensure the seamless operation of the office. As the primary point of contact, you will welcome visitors, manage incoming calls and handle a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilties: Greet and welcome visitors on arrival in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, forward phone calls and take messages Organising workflow/contacting client to request paperwork Provide clerical support to projects and other team members which includes but not limited to office/site administration, marketing and projects etc Organise meetings and coordinate the accountant’s diary Filing and dealing with HMRC/Companies house online Assisting any member of staff with ad hoc tasks & projects Office supplies - ordering stationery, office & contract supplies etc Using excel spreadsheets to log data and info. So, you must be very competent on this and strong computer skills all round Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role (experience in accountancy is advantageous) Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment with multitasking capabilities Highly organised and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of using initiative to improve processes Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
