Assistant Medical Secretaries are responsible for the day-to-day management of the referral and treatment administrative processes and are responsible to the Patient Services Team Leader with regards to compliance of all aspects of the Referral to Treatment Access Policy (RTT).

Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
* oRSA II typing writing skills or equivalent
* oGood level of education/GCSE or equivalent
* oNVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience
Occupational Experience
* oPrevious experience of working in a customer services environment
* oExperience of working within a team
* oExperience of working with the general public
* oTime Management Skills or experience of working with a busy/demanding environment
* oExperience of healthcare administrative systems and processes
* oTyping Skills
