Role Overview: As a full-time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent the company and our products, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Be aware of personal targets, including KPIs, and support the management team in achieving department and store targets.
2. Understand and implement the training provided to maximise sales by greeting clients and introducing additional sales.
3. Create and maintain a store environment conducive to generating sales and maintaining high energy levels.
4. Cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive sales and increase client retention.
5. Participate in training sessions and undertake any proposed training.
6. Acquire visual merchandising knowledge and assist in display activities to maintain high store standards.
Qualifications:
1. Enthusiastic and personable with excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
3. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
6. Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
7. Numerical ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
