Job Description
* Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with financial queries and resolve any payroll issues.
* Prepare and maintain payroll reports for audit purposes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure smooth operations.
* Contribute to the development of payroll procedures and systems.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management.
* Keep up to date with latest industry trends and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Analyst should have:
* Knowledge of Benefits In Kind and expenses analysis is desirable
* A thorough understanding of payroll procedures and best practices.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* A strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
What's on Offer
* An hourly rate of approximately £15 to £16.40, dependent on skills and experience.
