Inbound Sales Advisor
Salary: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour (+ commission)
Hours: Working 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern across the opening hours of our business which are:
1. Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm
2. Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm
3. Sunday 10am - 4.00pm

The Role
* Answering incoming calls from new customers looking to go through quotes for travel insurance and get those policies set up
* Excellent listening skills to ensure all information is recorded accurately
* Ability to build a strong rapport with customers
* Proficient with using computer systems
* When needed, making outbound calls to customers who have been through their insurance quote online and may need additional support
All successful applicants will have a soft search Credit Check and DBS check prior to starting their role.
We will shortly be relocating to a new location in Llansamlet, Swansea, so please bear this in mind when applying that you would be able to commute.
