Daily Dose is the one of the fastest growing juice brands in the UK. We are the only major brand in the UK that sources our fruit & veg from British farmers and we make our juices in our own factory in Northamptonshire. The brand is widely distributed across the out of home channel in the independent coffee sector in places like Gail’s & Kiss the Hippo, alongside premium retail like Selfridges & Planet Organic. We recently got listed in Waitrose and are on a mission to disrupt the mainstream juice category with the freshest, best tasting juices sourced and made in the UK.
We are looking for a talented & hungry marketeer to lead our marketing function and help us build a challenger brand and take on the mainstream brands in the Juice category.
Responsibilities & Role Requirements include:
* Lead the brand positioning and strategy development
* Management of our brand re-fresh project and execution including agency mgt.
* Develop and execute co-ordinated marketing activities across key fundamentals like social, partnerships, events, sampling and trade to build our brand awareness
* Lead our brand innovation from ideation to execution using insight & category data alongside brand strategy and working with our factory development team.
* Knowledge and execution of outdoor marketing campaigns from brief to launch inc agency mgt.
* Experience and a working knowledge of category data and consumer insights and ability to bring them together
* Ability to build compelling and top-quality decks to support internal and external meetings etc
* Support the Marketing Executive and ensure their progression and inclusion with all marketing tasks
* Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
* Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely with guidance from the ME
* Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Salary is negotiable on experience, candidates must have an FMGC background, ideally previous challenger brands.
