We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at MISGO-PCUBED. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of automotive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex automotive projects from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost objectives.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Developing detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
* Monitoring project performance, reporting on progress, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet project goals.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives.
* Coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
* Managing project documentation, including technical specifications, compliance reports, and regulatory requirements.
* Ensuring projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to the automotive industry.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
* Experience in project management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
* Strong knowledge of automotive product development processes, engineering principles, and quality management systems.
* PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
* Willingness to travel as required.
