Who You Are A motivated and committed individual with a can-do attitude, you are capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You are an experienced fleet mechanic with a high standard of education, ideally holding a Level 3 NVQ in Light Motor Mechanics or equivalent. You have relevant Health and Safety qualifications and a strong understanding of industry standards. A willingness to learn and adapt, especially in relation to EV repairs, rounds out your profile. What the Job Involves You will ensure the efficient repair, servicing, and maintenance of fleet vehicles, plant, and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and operational demands. Duties include periodic maintenance, diagnostics, parts ordering and fitting, pre-MOT assessments, and emergency roadside recovery. You will also maintain workshop safety standards, liaise with departments for service delivery, and provide technical advice and recommendations.
