Description: Davies are looking to recruit a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor Engineering team in Bolton. Joining Davies as a Planning and Support Administrator means that you'll be planning our engineers' routes, booking inspections, and supporting customers. So, you'll need to be a great communicator, well-organised, and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.
What will your day look like:
* Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
* Arranging inspections with customers
* Dealing with queries from customers, insurance companies, and repair garages both via e-mail and telephone.
* Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto the database
* Route planning for field engineers
* Ensuring work is performed within SLA
Knowledge and Abilities:
* A professional and adaptable communication style - both written and verbal;
* Efficient administrative skills;
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills;
* A proactive attitude and an enthusiastic approach;
There are no specific qualifications that we demand for the role; and although we welcome those with previous industry experience, it's transferable skills and qualities that we value here at Davies.
