Project Lead Engineer - Space Imaging & Sensing
We are seeking a Project Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, and verification of advanced imaging and sensing solutions for space, earth observation, and scientific research. This role requires a multidisciplinary engineer to coordinate engineering teams, provide technical governance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and direction across complex engineering projects.
* Develop and maintain the Engineering Management Plan to ensure project success.
* Oversee engineering governance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities, leading mitigation strategies.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for engineering teams and stakeholders.
* Support bid and proposal development, delivering clear and compelling technical solutions.
* Maintain configuration control across all technical aspects of the product and project.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
* A broad knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., electronics, mechanical, software, optics).
* Experience in leading complex engineering projects from concept to delivery.
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and avoid unwanted scope creep.
* Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
