Saltus is a privately owned financial planning and discretionary investment management house. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality service for private clients, trusts, and smaller institutions.
Saltus Partners was founded in 2004 and has grown organically and through a small number of carefully integrated acquisitions. Originally, the business started out as an investment manager and has now developed the financial planning side of the offering, putting this at the forefront of the client relationship.

What does this role look like?
The key areas of the role are as follows:
1. Answering and directing calls that come in on the main line in a professional manner.
2. Assisting with post sorting duties, ensuring the correct action is taken for each type of post.
3. Managing the group mailbox, ensuring emails are effectively managed and forwarded to the correct location.
4. Assisting with outgoing mail.
5. Assisting with various facilities functions, enabling the smooth running of the office.
6. Managing stationery requests and ordering office supplies as necessary.
7. Liaising with third-party providers and financial advisers.
8. Assisting with meeting bookings.
What sort of person are we looking for?
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Have a positive “can do” outlook on life.
4. Be well-organized and reliable.
5. Happy to help clients and advisers with queries.
6. Manage adviser and client expectations efficiently.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Experience within an office environment is desirable.
Where will I be working?
We are looking for someone for our Hereford office between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00. We would like you to be in the office 5 days a week, which would be preferable. We’re incredibly flexible about when and how you work: we don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for.
