We are seeking organised and enthusiastic individuals to join our Social Care Purchasing Unit, a dynamic team dedicated to arranging and managing care services for adults.
Key Responsibilities
* Arrange Care Services: Collaborate with care providers to set up services for clients as directed by Social Work professionals.
* Manage Information: Record and maintain accurate data on core systems.
* Client Interaction: Work directly with clients, their families, social work professionals, and care providers to ensure a high standard of service.
* Task Management: Prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Experience: Proven experience in a busy and demanding team environment.
* IT Proficiency: Competent in working with various IT systems.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting information from diverse sources and confidently challenging data when necessary.
* Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
