Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about excellent care/support at all times? We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team in a vital support role that bridges the gap between our customers, suppliers, and finance partners.
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
1. After completing your training, you’ll step into a flexible hybrid role—spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working from the comfort of your home.
2. Ensure prompt and accurate data input.
3. Liaise effectively with finance companies and suppliers.
4. Provide customers with excellent care/support at all times.
5. Answer inbound enquiries from customers via telephone or email and provide an accurate response.
6. Run daily reports and reconcile daily banking ensuring all anomalies are followed up to a conclusion.
7. Check and process returned customer finance agreements.
8. Ensure compliance at all times with internal policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
