POSITION SUMMARY:
Aprimo is hiring a Partner Manager to join our Global Partnerships Team. The Partner Manager will work closely with Sales, Product, Strategy, Professional Services, Marketing, G&A, and current and future partners to build out the next phase of Aprimo’s partner ecosystem. This is both a partner relationship and a revenue-generating role, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Partnerships, and ultimately to the Chief Revenue Officer.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* Exceed targeted revenue goals through referred business opportunities from your partners.
* Build and manage relationships with key SI/ISV partners, aligning business objectives and ensuring effective collaboration on joint initiatives.
* Establish and nurture strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with channel partners such as referral partners, cloud resellers, and MSPs.
* Work with both SI/GSI and ISV partners on joint go-to-market strategies.
* Identify and assess opportunities to optimize partnership engagement models.
* Lead negotiations and formalize partnership agreements.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with necessary tools and support.
* Stay informed about evolving trends in digital asset management and competitive landscapes.
* Additional responsibilities and duties as required.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:
* The Essentials:
o A minimum of 3 years of experience managing partnerships and/or sales for DAM or Martech organizations.
o Proven experience in DAM or Martech is required.
o History of exceeding sales targets is required.
o Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships is preferred.
o Experience building go-to-market strategies.
* Additional Successful Qualities:
o Experience building or managing partnerships with Global System Integrators.
o Experience working with the Microsoft Cloud partner ecosystem.
o Multilingual (Spanish, German, French).
