We’re looking for a storytelling powerhouse who is creative, data-driven and super organised to manage the delivery of B2B content across the entire marketing funnel (i.e. blogs, emails, newsletters, website copy, landing pages, research studies, eBooks, white papers, infographics, checklists, videos, and social media) for both AP clients and our own agency content.
Good enough simply doesn’t cut it for you – you will always be looking for ways to adapt to audiences, create a distinctive tone for a range of brands, and tell stories that cut through the chatter to deliver bigger, better results.
This role is central to our core proposition to ‘go all in’ for ambitious people and projects through our integrated campaign model approach.
You understand the importance of deadlines and pride yourself on delivering projects in a timely manner, while staying true to our quality standards. You pride yourself on being able to catch grammar and flow issues within content. Most importantly, you know that content doesn’t live in a vacuum and you have a strong grasp of what content is best suited across each stage of the marketing funnel – and how to build campaigns around an integrated approach.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow personally and professionally – and who is excited to take a leading role on all things content.
Key responsibilities:
1. Write, edit and proofread B2B content across multiple formats (i.e. blogs, newsletters, website copy, landing pages, research studies, eBooks, white papers, infographics, webinars, social media, and videos)
2. Produce and manage social media
3. Produce and manage content calendars
4. Coordinate with internal team members, freelance writers, designers, and video producers to execute projects
5. Create systems and processes that will allow AP to maximise efficiencies and quality of work for both clients and the agency itself
6. Support our Head of Content in developing content strategies, campaign proposals, value propositions and messaging for clients
7. Conduct ongoing content audits to determine where optimisations can be made to inform future content for both our clients and AP as a business
8. Measure, monitor and report on content performance regularly
The ideal candidate:
1. 2-3 years of experience in content development (writing, editing, proofreading)
2. B2B agency experience is preferred
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
5. Proficient with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot, Hootsuite)
6. Creativity and the ability to develop original content
7. Strong understanding of delivering content across multiple channels (360-degree integrated campaigns)
8. Examples of written work to be provided prior to interview
