The Role: As a Hire Desk Controller, you’ll be a key contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery. Responsibilities include: - Handling hire desk operations, processing orders, and coordinating schedules for equipment and personnel. - Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Ensuring resource availability and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. - Supporting occasional out-of-hours queries by carrying a support phone.
