Operations Manager - North
Up to £50,000 per annum plus company car / allowance
Monday to Friday role, although will need to meet business requirements which include 24/7 sites.
We are looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team to oversee multiple sites within a single contract covering the M62 and M69 corridor. There are 32 locations within the scope of the role.
Services include: Security, Cleaning, Reception, Mailroom, Logistics and Supplier Management.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Understand and deliver all contractual terms within the contract
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews (MBR & QBR) with Client Management
* Complete action plans following internal FM audits and QSM audits
* Ensure that services are as per agreed levels
* Full finance accountability, including monitoring and managing margin performance across all units to meet required standards operationally and within the required budget performance
* Ensure budgets are understood and achieved by yourself and your teams
* Manage all costs effectively within budget, ensuring all additional services requested are fully costed and revenue recovered through correct use of the variable invoicing on the Helpdesk
* Conduct timely and accurate end of period review and amend
* Implement all relevant HSE procedures within each unit and review them as appropriate
* Ensure all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures
* Support the planning and implementation of any strategy for growth and retention of new and existing business through the development of long-term account plans
* Ensure contract compliance and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets
About You:
Essential
* A minimum of 3 years' experience at a middle multi-site management level, delivering and managing cleaning and security services with exceptional knowledge of these industries
* Proven track record in managing clients and developing portfolios
* Driving License due to the nature of the role
* SIA Licence holder (or able to qualify)
* IOSH Accreditation
Desirable
* NEBOSH Accreditation
