Opportunity
This is an exciting time to join Stoke Park School. We are seeking to appoint an excellent Pastoral Manager (Maternity Cover) to work with colleagues ensuring that students make outstanding progress by identifying and removing barriers to learning and providing access to career opportunities.
You will:-
• Improve the attendance by running robust systems and intervening with key students.
• Monitor and run punctuality procedures that ensure tutors effectively tackle lateness to school.
• Monitor and reduce internal and external truancy through one-to-one intervention
The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to engage learners and pre-empting student needs. A supportive approach is essential as well as being a positive role model to pupils.

Mon – Thu: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm & Fri: 8.00 am – 3.30 pm
37 hours per week, 41 weeks per annum
