Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure that all IT support requests are handled in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other teams, including technical support and development, to ensure seamless IT support
* Monitor and report on service desk performance, including metrics such as first call resolution and average handle time
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a service desk management role
* Strong leadership and management skills

* Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
* Experience with IT service management tools and processes
