They are looking for an employment solicitor to work independently within their Southampton office. Duties: Advising on all aspects of employment law. Offer expert advice to clients on resolving workplace disputes and negotiating settlement agreements. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and other related documentation. Keeping up to date with employment law updates and all legal and regulatory developments. Desired Skills: Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law (minimum 5 years PQE essential). Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work. Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently. Excellent technical and client care skills. Business development and networking skills. What they offer: Salary dependent on experience £40,000 - £50,000.
