Description:
The Sales Director will lead the sales teams for both The Letting Partnership (TLP) and LoftyWorks.co.uk, driving revenue growth and market expansion for both organizations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales management and business development. You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment with the broader vision and objectives of Moatable.

Key Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership Across TLP and LoftyWorks: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams for The Letting Partnership and LoftyWorks, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
* Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for both businesses to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence, aligning with Moatable’s objectives.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction across TLP and LoftyWorks offerings.
* Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure both businesses stay ahead of industry trends.
* Team Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the sales teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
* Collaboration with Moatable: Work closely with Moatable’s leadership to align sales initiatives with global objectives and leverage shared resources.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with industry standards and provide regular updates to the CEO and Moatable’s executive team on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior sales leadership, preferably in the property, financial services, or related sectors.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management, financial services, and compliance sectors, with a focus on client accounting and inventory services.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading multiple sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to align sales strategies with long-term business objectives and identify opportunities for growth across multiple business units.
* Client-Centric Approach: Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
* Analytical and Technological Skills: Proficient in analyzing data, tracking metrics, and leveraging CRM and SaaS tools to optimize sales processes.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
