About the Opportunity Driscoll’s, located in Maidstone, is looking for a Material Resource Planner who is eager to contribute to our beloved berry brand within the EMEA region. Our MRP team are working at the center of the short term execution to enable reliable supply to our retailers and an efficient order allocation for growers. Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6.30am – 3.30pm with 1 in 4 weekend cover from home. Responsibilities Key function is to match and allocate supply and demand for 1 – 7 days. Working at the center of the short term execution team to enable reliable supply to our retailers and an efficient order allocation for growers. Candidate Profile Main responsibilities : Match the demand and supply on the day for next day depot day, and then outlook for the next 3 to 7 days subject to UK/Import season Liaise with PBM and on occasion with Sales team in regards to the current requirements and follow guidance when the plan is prepared Liaise with other departments daily ( Technical, Allocation, Supply chain, Procurement ) in order to get accurate and up-to-date information in support on the planning Keep system updated with latest information from both demand and supply: Sales team ( DFP sessions twice a day and on every change) PO's updating try out the day everyday in import season /UK rely on accurate stock /picks added by growers and SC Prepare and send a plan out for todays packing tomorrow depot day every morning Prepare and send packing guide based on pre -week plan for the growers packed at the Packhouse everyday taking on consideration latest updates on volumes and expectations Same for import. Prepare afternoon session with outlook for the next 3 days in UK and next 7 for import and present it to the business. Again leasing with all departments involved to get the most up to date information available For import keep track on all emails and update as you go. For UK amend picking plans in accordance with the current needs following the pre-week plan for each customer and grower and current business needs and the communicate it with growers. Attend daily meeting with growers and communicate directly any changes to their picking plan in UK
