Job Description:
As a National Performance Manager for CPM representing Samsung Digital Appliances team, this role will give you an opportunity to use your coaching, development and leadership skills to ensure our Samsung DA team meet their sales targets. We are looking for a target driven, commercially aware team manager to drive Samsung sales, share of business and maximise our return on investment. £44k OTE, £40k + 10% performance related bonus (STC) + company car.
Ideal Location: Nottingham, United Kingdom, NG1
Full territory details: UK & Ireland
Travel to our office in Thame (OX9) may be required twice a month, as well as travel to Egham.
Responsibilities:
* Leading, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve core KPIs, creating and implementing initiatives to drive sales target delivery.
* Providing guidance and coaching on HR, performance management and people management.
* Experience working with database reporting systems and analysing data to drive results and performance.
* Actively selling and demonstrating the sales strategy to coach and support team members.
* Delivering results and developing brand advocacy, maximising the ROI for your region.
* Identifying and sharing market intelligence to ensure all opportunities are identified.
* Ensuring compliant activity in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines.
* Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
Functional Responsibilities:
* Seeking out and executing commercial intervention opportunities.
* Implementing plans and process efficiencies to build a high-performance sales culture.
* Representing CPM and Samsung in a professional manner.
* Recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching and developing team managers.
* Undertaking any other duties as instructed by your line manager.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in performance managing a team of field managers.
* Strong ability to engage decision-makers and build rapport quickly.
* Commercial awareness and ability to deliver compelling sales conversations.
* Eye for detail with accurate data capture and reporting.
* Full UK driving license (essential).
